AMOpportunities
Caresignal
AMOpportunities is a Chicago-based platform that manages clinical training for medical schools, hospitals, and students globally, connecting trainees with guaranteed U.S. clinical rotations at partner sites. Its “Clinical Training as a Service” model handles administration, credential vetting, and placements so institutions can expand access to clinical experiences, especially for international medical graduates. AMOpportunities was acquired by AIM Equity Partners.
Ascent Aerosystems
Ascent AeroSystems designs and manufactures compact, rugged coaxial drones with cylindrical airframes that are more portable and durable than conventional multirotor UAVs, serving industrial, public safety, and military missions. In April 2024, Ascent was acquired by Robinson Helicopter Company and now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the rotorcraft OEM.
Asparia
Asparia provides EHR-integrated patient engagement software that automates SMS and chatbot-based communications such as appointment reminders, recalls, and triage, helping health systems reduce staff burden and improve patient access. The company was acquired by Intrado in 2020, adding its closed-loop patient communication platform to Intrado’s healthcare communication offerings.
CareSignal is a “deviceless” remote patient monitoring platform that uses automated SMS texts and phone calls to collect patient-reported outcomes and identify rising-risk patients in large value-based care populations. In 2021, CareSignal was acquired by population health company Lightbeam Health Solutions, which integrated its remote engagement technology into Lightbeam’s platform.
QuantaVerse
QuantaVerse offers an AI-powered financial crime platform that uses machine learning, data science, and automation to analyze transaction and customer data, flag suspicious activity, and streamline anti-money-laundering investigations for financial institutions. In 2021, QuantaVerse was acquired by AML RightSource, which integrated the technology into its managed AML and financial crime compliance services.
Intelligent Observation
Intelligent Observation builds an electronic hand-hygiene monitoring system that uses smart badges and location-aware sensors to automatically capture hand-washing events, generate compliance analytics, and help hospitals reduce healthcare-associated infections. In August 2025, Intelligent Observation was acquired by HID, which added the platform to its healthcare RTLS portfolio to strengthen hand-hygiene compliance offerings.
Snappt
Snappt is a Los Angeles–based proptech company whose Applicant Trust Platform uses AI-driven document and income verification to help property managers detect fraud in rental applications and make more confident leasing decisions. Its software analyzes pay stubs, bank statements, IDs, and other documents for signs of tampering, reducing costly evictions and bad debt for multifamily property owners.

Oort
Oort is an identity threat detection and response platform that ingests telemetry from identity and access management systems to detect risky users, misconfigurations, and identity-based attacks in enterprise environments. Cisco announced and completed its acquisition of Oort in 2023 to bolster its extended detection and response and identity intelligence security portfolio.
UpSight Security
UpSight Security is a cybersecurity company focused on endpoint ransomware prevention, using AI to predict and stop attacks in real time while enhancing existing EDR/XDR deployments. Arctic wolf announced in November 2025 that it would acquire UpSight Security to bolster its Aurora platform with AI-powered ransomware prevention and rollback capabilities.
